Settings in LuvMacro 2.0

The four tabs of the Settings window in LuvMacro 2.0 and what each one holds, including Discord Notifications.

Open Settings

In LuvMacro 2.0, Settings opens in its own window beside the main window, so the main window stays in view. It has four tabs: General, Recording, Playback and About. Press Done when you have finished.

For the shortcut keys, the start delay, sounds and updates in more detail, see Settings and Keyboard shortcuts.

General

  • Shortcuts. The Record, Play and Stop shortcuts, with Restore default shortcuts.
  • Sound. Interface sounds on or off, and the volume.
  • While recording or playing. Whether the small status bar is shown. The Stop shortcut works either way.
  • Macro editor. Smart suggestions switches the editor's one-at-a-time ideas on or off. See Edit a macro.
  • Discord Notifications. New in 2.0. Connect Discord to get private messages about your macros, and choose which ones. Nothing is sent until you connect. See Discord notifications.

Recording

  • Mouse. Whether to record mouse movement, and how much detail. Turn movement off if you only need clicks and keys.

Playback

  • When you press Play. The start delay (time to switch to your game before the macro starts), whether Repeat continuously is on by default, and whether mouse positions are fitted to the game window.

About

  • Updates. Check for updates automatically, and a manual Check for updates button.
  • What's new. Opens the release notes for this version. They also appear once after you update.
  • Troubleshoot… Opens diagnostics and the support report. See Troubleshoot a problem.
  • Credits and links. Luvrr (creator) and Rowen (lead developer), with buttons for the Discord server and Luvrr's YouTube channel.
  • Support. Where your settings are kept, with a button to open that folder.
