Adjust shortcuts, playback delay, mouse capture, sounds and updates.
Shortcuts and playback
Use Settings to change the Record, Play and Stop shortcuts, the start delay (three seconds by default), and whether repeat starts enabled. On Windows, window scaling adjusts mouse positions for recordings that remember their window.
Mouse recording
Choose whether to record mouse movement. Smooth keeps more detail; Compact records movement less frequently. This does not add support for games that lock the cursor.
Sound and status
Interface sounds turns feedback sounds on or off. The volume choices are Quiet, Normal and Loud. You can also turn off the small status bar shown during recording and playback. The Stop shortcut remains available.
Updates and troubleshooting
Automatic update checks can be switched off. Use Check for updates for a manual check. Troubleshoot… opens diagnostics and the support report. About > Open data folder shows where your settings are stored.
