Why it happens
- The game or program isn't open yet.
- It was minimised, closed or renamed.
How to fix it
- Open the window, then press Play again.
- If the window's name changed, edit the macro's target.

If it keeps happening after the steps above, copy the support report and ask in the Discord server.
