Technical details
FL Studio reads an optional .nfo text file next to each folder. KitTheme writes those files for you and packs them with your artwork in a ZIP, laid out to merge into your kit folder. Nothing touches your audio.
Six settings are supported: Color, IconIndex, HeightOfs, SortGroup, Tip and Bitmap. Higher SortGroup values list first, which is how the editor’s move up and down buttons work. Artwork lives in a - folder and is referenced as -/image.png.

Imports keep any lines KitTheme doesn’t understand, so an existing skin survives a round trip untouched. Import a kit folder, a ZIP, loose .nfo files or a saved .kittheme project.
